Videonor bring fully-branded video conferencing and collaboration solutions to a wide range of businesses. Originally seeing success with the Norwegian market, Videonor wanted to grow their business to reach a global audience. With branding and design being central to their service, they knew that great content would be essential to their success.

With the help of Influence Agents’ content marketing strategy, Videonor were able to create a series of relevant, targeted and visually stimulating ebooks, templates and blog posts, that perfectly aligned with their tone, ethos and design. The business has a history of growing through acquisition, and had not generated any firm sales leads in approximately 3 years. The brief to Influence Agents was to build a lead generation capability, incorporating their website and social media properties, and to aid with the nurturing of those leads to sales qualified status.

As a first step, we conducted an extensive workshop with Connect’s client-facing sales and marketing team, and CEO, to identify and better understand their most profitable buyer personas.  After conducting subject matter interviews, we compiled a 3-month content strategy, before building out all the assets required - eBooks, white papers, and case studies, landing pages, email follow-ups, visual calls-to-action, and more.  This resulted in Connect generating their first ever web-sourced leads.

Enbu Consulting has worked with Sage CRM since its inception in 1997, delivering tailored software solutions to leading companies across the globe. They had been using a variety of offline and online sales methods, but were making limited progress. As a growing SME, with a limited marketing budget, they were struggling to make the most of their online assets, and to get qualified leads in their sales pipeline. 

Partnering with Influence Agents, Enbu Consulting were able to use a well-defined content marketing strategy and marketing automation software to drive more leads to their new CRM product. By gathering information from the sales and marketing teams, they were able to build 3 months of hyper-targeted content, surrounding the common sales questions and pushbacks their team were being met with regularly, to engage with prospects at various stages of the sales cycle.

Enbu Consulting have achieved some fantastic results in the short time they have worked with Influence Agents. They have increased their qualified leads by 409%, have achieved a conversion rate of 30%, seen a 110% increase in visits from social, and a 104% increase in blog views. That, plus a 2.9% visits to contacts rate have shown that great content, a refined strategy and marketing automation tools have supported future growth in a highly competitive space.
