Each marketing asset we create is assigned a number of bytes (e.g. a blog post = 3 bytes) based on value creation rather than time spent creating it. Regardless of how much time is invested to complete each task, the bytes total stays constant, ensuring our clients receive the full value of every pound spent. Byte allocations are agreed at the beginning of each month, depending on the agreed campaign direction and priority areas of focus. This way, we can be more agile in our collective approach, and all stakeholders know exactly what to expect, as the campaign progresses.
